When I became a grandpa I was amazed at the volume of cheap plywood and plastic toys purchased, only to be thrown away soon afterwards. Not great for the pocket, and not great for the environment!

As a wood artist I decided to make sustainable wooden toys that would last through generations, toys that would combine practicality with beauty, toys that could be played with or used as ornaments. Play puzzles fulfilled the criteria perfectly.

Made from non-toxic European beech and finished with a plant-based oil that is child safe, my play puzzles range from simple three piece puzzles to more complicated nine piece puzzles that will keep most adults amused. Because there is not a front or back to the pieces the assembly requires thought and reasoning.

All play puzzles are supplied with a bright cotton draw string bag to keep the pieces in one place.

All the puzzles will stand upright for display, although the Hedgehogs prefer to hibernate!
